Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of you placing the order. Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 6 business days however, you may receive your items earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Orders are shipped to addresses within Australia. For shipments to addresses outside of Australia, please send us an email to info@freshwaterswim.com, so that the order can be validated and agreed.
