Return policy

Sometimes the fit isn't right. We support you with free returns.

For any returns, please use the return portal (mentioned in the footer menu) to return your item. You will need the order number and your email address.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required
  • Items are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached (please try on your swimsuit only with your underwear)
  • ​Refunds must be processed to the original payment method

Please make sure returns are made within 30 days, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags still attached. 

You can sumbit your return in the "submit return" section in the footer menu.
The return process requires the email address used for the purchase, and the 6-digit code that is  sent to you via email (the code might end up in your junk folder). 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@freshwaterswim.com

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
